    Description

    This role will primarily support the North American Geography team and its stakeholders. It is responsible for supporting Market Leaders in executing on market, client and colleague activities.

    The position is expected to maintain a high level of organization, coordination, flexibility and productivity. This position requires a passion for client/customer satisfaction as well as the desire to continually tackle new challenges. This position often requires the handling of sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.     The Role

    Partner with Broader PMO Team and Sales Operations

    • Using historical data, input from marketing, geography leaders and local admin teams, create and manage regional marketing calendars.
    • Partner with broader PMO Team and Sales Operations to support North America Market Leaders

    Marketing and Client Appreciation Events 

    • Draft, propose and implement local marketing and client appreciation events 
      • Develop marketing templates to include client invites, communications and follow-up for all events
      • Compile invitation list leveraging data from sales ops business leaders and overall market to identify targeted clients and follow up with client leads to encourage attendance
      • Collaborate with sales ops to size the revenue impact and market opportunity for events
      • Create and send event invitations 
    • Partner with local senior sellers to manage communications for marketing events including:
      • Send out event reminders and follow up before the event.
      • Track follow up opportunities and work with admins to get opportunities logged into Dynamics.
      • Gather feedback, analyze results, to summarize overall event impact, and recommend follow-up actions and improvements for future similar events

    Senior Seller Meetings

    • Partner with local leadership teams to identify content and make recommendations by sharing information on current and prior marketing events based on the goals of the market
    • Draft meeting decks and other communications required for the meeting
    • Track follow up opportunities and work with admins to get opportunities logged into Dynamics.

    All-Colleague Meeting support

    • Provide updates and take lead on drafting content creation for market leaders which may include coordinating with other market or corporate colleagues to compile data
    • Track engagement and feedback from colleagues, analyze the data and make recommendations for follow-up opportunities

    Overall market activity coordination

    • Planning and project management – create/maintain master project plan to track market activity and provide regular updates to ensure all events are completed on time and budget.
    • Leverage internal and external resources (National Marketing, Paragon, AMEX Meetings)
    • Leverage and direct local admins and facilities for materials, catering, meeting space, nametags, registration table management, onsite support, etc.
    • Obtain compliance approvals 
    • Draft and provide event communications
    • Manage event budgets, invoice payment, and cost analysis
    • Leverage materials and successes/lessons learned and experiences between markets to make recommendations on marketing calendar/events
    • Gather and share feedback with NA Sales & Client Management Team

    • College diploma or degree preferred
    • Qualified candidates will be those who demonstrate the following skills:  effective verbal and written communication, time management and prioritization, strong attention to detail, customer service capabilities and commitment to personnel growth.
    • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to navigate within the Internet required

    Compensation and Benefits

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

    Compensation

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000-$90,000 USD per year.

    This role is also eligible for short-term incentive bonus.
