The Role
• Work with business leaders and Sales teams to develop, deliver and execute marketing plans aligned to WTW growth priorities.
• Collaborate with the teams involved in the demand chain (LOB Sellers, Sales, Sales Ops and Business Intel) to design and implement sales campaigns and tactics (content, events and other) aimed to generate, nurture and capture demand.
• Communicate effectively with team members, internal clients and marketing colleagues to set expectations, promote client-ready solutions, and coordinate/leverage branding and growth activities.
• Provide informed advice and guidance to stakeholders on the most appropriate marketing programs and supporting tactics, digital marketing, event marketing, thought leadership, as well as investment in 3rd party initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate WTW events and conferences (in-person and online) and drive attendance, connecting participation with lead generation efforts.
• Manage and maintain the successful execution of these activities including reporting and analysis of marketing effectiveness and impact.
• Proficiently manage campaign activity, lead generation and campaign analytics by acting as power user of dedicated platforms and resources such as Marketo, Hootsuite, ON24, Cvent and D365 and a “client-contact” data steward by managing integrity of our distribution lists in Dynamics 365.
• Create content strategies for our business, aiming to positioning it as a thought leader and market reference
• Write and/or manage the writing of creative, unique, and informative technical/business/insightful content while adhering to the best SEO practices
• Own the public CRB’s digital ecosystem (website, podcast channels and social media), generating, managing and fulfilling an editorial calendar in alignment to the global business plans and regional priorities, to maintain high level engagement and content consumption and inbound opportunity generation
• Review, rewrite and give consistency to corporate Sales materials such as presentations, brochures and one-pagers
• Develop strong relationships with internal and externals key stakeholders -subject matter experts and business leaders as well as PR and Design vendors- to ensure a broad set of raw content sources availability
• Manages third party Content Creators, PR outlets, Design providers and other vendors, to deliver high quality products and ensure they adhere to WTW’s compliance guidelines, editorial style and look & feel.
The Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or proved experience in Digital Marketing, Journalism, Literature, Communication, or related field
• Sound experience doing marketing and/or communications in professional services or a B2B environment and/or working experience in marketing content or digital marketing agencies (generating content, writing or editing, graphic and/or video production, or a similar field). Experience in the Insurance business a plus.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills with a proven ability to lead a high volume of marketing initiatives in parallel, with diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
• Event management experience (both online and in-person)
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and demonstrated success at building relationships and credibility with senior leaders.
• Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, while recognizing when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
• Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
• Tech Savvy, preferred experience in Marketing automation tools (like Marketo), CRM platforms (like MS Dynamics), Event management platforms (like Cvent, ON24), and social media management tools (like Hootsuite) technologies.
• Good grasp of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing content management processes and technics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent speaking in English. Portuguese a plus
