Solution Architect
Role Description:
• Must have expertise in multiple technical areas and should have exposure to the entire Cloud HCM SaaS / PaaS, Oracle Visual Builder etc.
• Working knowledge of web service development and architecture (SOAP/REST).
• Must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules that is needed to understand the requirements to design & build the solution.
• Must have deep understanding of HCM SAAS data Schema / data model.
• 7 years’ experience Architect Reporting Analytics solutions for Oracle cloud.
• 7 years’ experience developing, implementing integrations using HCM extracts and BIP.
• 4 years of Oracle cloud data model knowledge in HCM and Finance.
• Should be good with SQL tuning apart from best practices to be followed in HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI & Fast Formulas
• Foundational knowledge in AI / ML is desirable.
Job Summary:
The candidate
• will play a highly strategic role to deliver successful enhancements for HCM Cloud suite.
• 7 years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications. Worked with Functional team to deliver technical backlog in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Suite.
• is required to play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs, based on the requirements, work on enhancing and building new tools related to HCM data migration and HCM reporting.
• must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules that is needed to understand the requirements to design & build the solution.
