Our mission is to provide research and insights regarding markets, clients, prospects, industries and competitors to drive revenue growth through more effective sales, marketing, and innovation.

The team provides a range of services from information access and delivery (utilizing several 3rd-party research subscriptions and WTW proprietary research and data) to primary and secondary research for more complex requests requiring multiple sources and potentially multiple methodologies. Key deliverables include market assessments, company and industry profiles, competitor and competitive analyses, market trend reports, and prospect lists.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical recent graduate or advanced student to join our team and contribute to our research, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in applying data-driven approaches to solve business challenges and optimize operations and is eager to keep learning on the job.

    • Utilize strong research and analytical skills.
    • Collaborate with the entire MCI team to define, maintain, and execute research projects that align with business goals and objectives.
    • Develop familiarity with WTW products, services, markets and client types.

Support implementation and management of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation tools and processes

    • Act as a key research specialist working closely with leadership and other MCI colleagues to identify and assess research processes and outputs suitable for AI and automation implementation.
    • Design and manage AI-driven tools and automated workflows to optimize data gathering and analysis, reporting, insights generation and streamline operations. Apply coding, machine learning, cloud technologies, and more to create scalable and efficient solutions.
    • Contribute to trainings and development efforts to support the wider MCI team in the effective use of AI and automation tools.
