    Description

    The Role

    • Optimize processes: Enhance the performance and scalability of RPA/DPA and Power Platform applications.
    • Collaborate: Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to design and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Spot new opportunities: Contribute to identifying new automation possibilities that will add value to the business.
    • Lead by example: Help streamline processes by offering your subject matter expertise and support across teams.
    • End to End development: Facilitate the gathering/understanding of requirements, design and development, testing and debugging, implementation and documentation.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or any related field
    • 6+ years of work experience. Should have worked on 2 or more UiPath projects
    • Advance level in RPA/DPA development (UiPath, Power Platform etc.)
    • Proficiency in programming languages like C#, PowerShell, or Python
    • Experience in writing SQL queries
    • Hands-on experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and flowcharting.
    • A strong understanding of how RPA can solve real business challenges
    • Familiarity with standard web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, XML. etc.)
    • Experience with JIRA, Web-based applications and tools is a plus
    • Experience in any web test automation development such as Selenium, Applitools, Browserstack etc. is a plus
    • Solid understanding of internet technologies, web servers and web proxy servers
    • Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projects
    • Desire to learn, accept new challenges and have fun
    • Willing to work on EMEA or AMERICA shift
