    The Opportunity
    Sales Operations is a strategic partner to our Sales teams, focused on enhancing efficiency and driving performance. We provide expertise in pipeline management, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) support, client analysis, and sales campaigns. Additionally, we oversee client satisfaction initiatives and implement sales processes in France, aligned with group strategies.

    In this internal-facing role, you will report to the France Sales Operations Lead and be responsible for supporting sales enablement activities in France. Join our team and help streamline sales operations, making a real impact on business growth and client experience.

    Your Role: Sales Business Analyst
    As a key contributor to Sales Operations, you will help maintain high-quality data management, drive analytics-driven decision-making, and support sales teams with essential insights. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    Data Analytics:

    • Develop, maintain, and refine reporting tools using Excel, CRM, and Power BI.
    • Conduct sales, campaign, and pipeline analysis.
    • Analyze client portfolios and market trends.
    • Support sales targeting strategies using internal and external databases.

    Data Governance:

    • Ensure CRM data accuracy by designing and monitoring governance KPIs.
    • Manage the annual client survey process, ensuring up-to-date client contact information.

    Sales Support:

    • Serve as a key point of contact for Sales teams, providing operational support.
    • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
    • Assist in process documentation and optimization.
    • Organize key sales meetings, including account planning sessions, community calls, and training events.
    • Respond to data requests from sales teams.

    CRM Support:

    • Act as a key CRM user, addressing user inquiries.
    • Develop and maintain CRM-based reporting tools.
    • Encourage CRM adoption and optimize its usage.

    Over time, you will take on more analytical responsibilities as you gain familiarity with our data models, value propositions, tools (particularly CRM), and processes.

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring
    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with:

    • A degree in Business, Sales Operations, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (preferred).
    • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
    • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas); VBA knowledge is a plus.
    • Experience with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Power BI (preferred).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively.
    • A structured approach to work, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
