    Description

    The Role:

    • Acting as a team player for P&C business development and program renewal. 
      Facilitating retail FAC placement smoothly by collaborating with reinsurance team in Taiwan/Singapore/Hong Kong. 
    • Taking full responsibility to initiate new business pipelines and capable to prepare account planning. Also be active in utilizing and managing sales hub Microsoft Dynamics 365. 
    • Responsible to maintain broking discipline and comply regulatory requirement.   
    •  Active in creating client’s insight, master in commercial teaching to address client’s unique needs and developing innovative solutions
    • Demonstrate strong motivation to lead/support business development. Strong ambition to achieving team objectives.
    • Always disclose the topic area you are not familiar to senior teammate and response positively with the answer you are confident with your professional knowledge. 
    • Teamwork and I&D 
    • Maintain the integrity while pursued excellence by continuous learning to drive client’s satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree (or above) in Insurance and Risk Management, or Bachelor degree (or above) in Business Major, Science or Engineering Major should be expected.
    • Fluent in English conversation and commercial writing.
    • With 3~5 years working experience in Insurance Company as P&C lines’ underwriter or sales representatives familiar with broker service. Or
    • At least 2~3 years experiences in broking firm acting as AE or Senior Account Assistance.
    • Good knowledge in facultative reinsurance will be plus. 
    • Master in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
