Description

The Role

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and reliable software solutions
Collaborate with product owners and team members to refine stories and identify the correct test strategy
Design and implement automated tests to maximize regression coverage
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the quality methodology to sustain and enhance ongoing product quality
Write clear, maintainable technical documentation
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies
Mentor junior team members and be open to feedback to continuously grow and improve

Qualifications

The Requirements

5-8 years development experience.
Proficient experience using .NET, C#, MVC, ASP.NET, Web API, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Skilled in using Selenium for automated web testing, including writing and maintaining test scripts
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular JS and Amber.
Degree (Associates or Bachelors) in computer science, management information systems or related area
Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum framework and Kanban preferred
Willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment that has tight deadlines.
Ability to learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges quickly.
Customer service focus and flexibility in supporting customer requests.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be available, at times, to work extended work hours.
Background in benefits administration a plus.
