    The role 

    We succeed when our clients succeed. As a Talent Management Senior Associate, your work will deliver client projects focused on:  

    • Talent strategies, employee experience models, and organizational transformations 
    • Key talent programs and practices such as workforce planning and talent acquisition, career development (L&D, upskilling, career pathing, etc.), performance management, leadership capabilities, succession management, and DEI
    • Measurement and employee listening (engagement surveys, analytics, etc.) 
    • HR effectiveness (operating models, service offering/capabilities, roles, processes, KPIs, etc.)
    • Organizational design (assessments, macro-models, mandates, reporting structures, etc.)
    • M&A (due diligence, integration planning, etc.)
    • Change management (stakeholder management, communication, training, etc.)

    Project delivery

    • Lead or actively participate in client projects: Work with the team to build high-quality project deliverables and meets established deadlines (analyze information, conduct interviews, build workshops and working sessions, prepare recommendations and reports, etc.)
    • Design programs, practices, policies, and tools that meet multiple stakeholders’ needs (employees, managers, executives, etc.)
    • Provide expertise in relevant areas through high quality research and analysis 

    Project management 

    • Lead project management for client projects: Coordination and alignment of internal and external stakeholders, tracking of timeline and budget, alignment of priorities, etc. 
    • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams  

    Leadership 

    • Provide guidance to analysts in all phases of projects 
    • Review work of analysts to ensure quality and professional excellence standards 
    • Coach analysts to elevate their knowledge, proficiency and autonomy

    Sales and business development 

    • Build proposals that are fit-for-purpose for client needs and untold challenges including the design of approaches, key activities, sequence and timeline, budgets, etc.
    • Participate in sales discussions (exploration, pitches, demos, etc.)

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    Education and professional designation

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, psychology, industrial relations, management, or a related field
    • Master’s degree a plus
    • CPHR designation or another professional designation in the HR field would be a plus

    Experience

    • 5-7 years of experience in HR/ Talent Management/ Human capital 
    • Consulting experience working with clients in a professional capacity
    • Project management experience in planning, managing and delivering multiple projects

    Language

    • French: Fluent (full proficiency - Written and spoken)
    • English: Fluent / Proficient (proficiency - Written and spoken)

    Competencies and skillset

    • Thorough HR functional knowledge and practice experience in and passion for talent related disciplines
    • Commitment to quality; continuously works to achieve the highest quality standards
    • Profound sense of rigor and desire to be thorough and adopt best practices
    • Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the expectations of the client 
    • Strong analytical skills and focus on details as well as the big picture
    • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
    • Proven track record in the management and delivery of a change management project in one or more of the following: Total Reward program changes, organization transformation, M&A, the future of work, AI, wellbeing, and culture
    • Proven ability to apply an understanding of human behavior to influence, shape and deliver highly effective strategies
    • Strong project management and organizational skills; Able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way; Able to manage workflow and work under pressure to meet client demands and milestones
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint
