Description

The Role

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives and align internal resources to meet them effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, updating them on progress and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide value-added services.

 

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and client relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team leadership and collaboration skills.
