    Description

    Primary Role & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for New Hire I9 verification process to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for all new hires and hiring managers.
    • Send introductory email, initiate calls and follow up with candidates until their I9 have been completed to maintain compliant with USCIS requirements. 
    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders in the onboarding process. 
    • Coordinate effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follow up on administrative details within or across divisions. 
    • Handles confidential and sensitive information 
    • Ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systems
    • Manage queries, issues and escalations 
    • Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports within specified guidelines

    Qualifications

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Experience into end to end new Hire Onboarding process for US market preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
    • Attention to detail in all aspects for work
    • Strong stakeholder management (Global & Local) skills are a must
    • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel) using various functions
    • Ability to learn and grasp new processes and systems.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and work within stiff timelines.
    • Strong team player
    • Ability to analyses and report accurately.
    • Multi-tasker
    • Logical Thinker
    • Comfortable with initiating calls with candidates
    • Can work with minimal supervision
    • High level of integrity
    • Can handle high volume of work

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Degree qualified – a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial
    • Graduate with good Academic track record.
    • 0-2 yrs of experience
    • Experience in HR preferred
    • Fluency in English a pre-requisite.
