    Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join WTW as a Configuration Lead, where you will apply your technical knowledge, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide configuration and application maintenance to a Strategic Global technology solution. 

     

    The Role

    • Oversee the configuration process, including driving configuration decisions, to ensure alignment with project objectives/timelines
    • Gather requirements and translate them into configuration specifications
    • Manage configuration changes, including assessing impacts, obtaining approvals and implementing updates
    • Provide guidance/support to team on configuration-related tasks ensuring adherence to best practices/standards
    • Currently resourced part-time, this role is critical for BAU and future role-outs to enable further implementation and sustain adoption in those areas which have been deployed. 
    • This role includes creating templates for Industry Vertical Divisions (IVD)
    • Ongoing enhancement to existing templates
    • Learns WTW’s system and makes system updates as needed 
    • Ensures that WTW’s documentation standards and best practices are followed
    • Performs and manages all responsibilities related to the Configuration Lead role and complies with our security protocols

    Qualifications

     

    The Requirements

    • Understanding of the NA Insurance Industry (preferred)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word with a strong command of Excel.
    • Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
    • Organizational and time management skills 
    • Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence 
    • Ability to work extended hours as needed

     

    Compensation and Benefits

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, and performance in the role.

    Compensation

    This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
