The Role
As a Project Manager, you will work as both an advisor to our clients as well as project manager on survey projects. You will work with clients to understand their needs and requirements for survey projects. You will guide the client through the full project life cycle and advise them on best practice. You will be expected to manage all aspects of project delivery, including managing the team’s deliverables to the agreed timeline, within budget whilst ensuring quality. As a project manager you will help to create results presentations which share the survey results with client and support consultant to deliver reports based on client specific needs Performance Objectives: People/Clients • Successfully manage project teams to drive client satisfaction and retention directly through highquality, on-time, high-value service • Expand client relationships and build trusted advisor status with key client contacts • Build broader connections between WTW and client contacts in efforts to introduce multipractice/LOB solutions • Model and promote a positive work environment in everyday behavior and interactions. Financial • Successfully manage the delivery of projects of varying complexity • Manage projects to approved budget and profitability estimates and liaise effectively with project teams to stay on track • Contribute to business development efforts by conducting internal research, drafting RFP responses, or participating in sales meetings Excellence • Ensure high quality is maintained on all projects by ensuring all team members comply with internal quality assurance steps • Proactively identify project risk areas, sharing with internal project team and developing contingency plans

Requirements:
•Track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships on projects
• Experience in managing multiple people and projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
• Travel required – primarily within Middle East
• Fluency in English
• A graduate degree is preferred, but diverse backgrounds are also valued
