    Description

    The HR Business Analyst will provide support and project coordination across a wide variety of activities and initiatives to the Regional HR Delivery function, allowing collaboration with HR colleagues across geographies and HR functions. The role will report to the Regional HR Delivery Business Manager

    The Role

    • Project support and co-ordination to Regional HR Delivery - including scheduling, facilitating, documenting and reporting meetings, identifying deliverable milestones and maintaining project plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various subject matter experts. Examples of recent projects include HR Transformation, implementation of WTW Work Styles, Mergers & Acquisitions & Divestiture playbook and toolkit review
    • Coordinate requests for information from HR Centers of Expertise, HR Chief of Staff and other Functions, including data interpretation, follow-up questions, and collation before submission.
    • Manage the cadence of regular Regional HR Delivery presentations and documentation required for delivery to HR Leadership Team, senior leaders, board members and colleagues within the HR function.  This will include developing, formatting and editing content. 
    • General business support, including maintenance of Regional HR Delivery organization charts, distribution list, roster.  
    • Assisting with the Regional HR budget, e.g. tracking Travel & Expense, resource and other expenditure requests.  Supporting the annual budgeting process

    Qualifications

    The Requirements:

    • Experience within an HR or Business Analyst role 
    • Experience in coordinating and supporting several projects simultaneously 
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with solid business acumen
    • Team player with a positive, flexible attitude and ability to overcome obstacles
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-team, cross-functionally and cross-culturally 
    • Experience and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with uncompromising integrity and discretion
    • Able to grasp new concepts quickly
    • Flexible and “can do” approach
