This role is open to candidates in Manila, Mumbai, Portugal or Mexico City or locations in similar time zones (due to time zones of key stakeholders).

The Role

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for supporting a team of project managers who support HR technology and operations globally. The role will require close collaboration with your project team and leaders to ensure meaningful, quantified improvements in the candidate and colleague user experience. The job holder will support the PM team in ensuring service levels and data quality are met and continuously improved.

The Requirements

• A proven track record of strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (spoken and written) 
• Project management skills with an eye for detail and the confidence to challenge when projects are going off track 
• Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Familiarity with the HR functional (e.g. generalist, specialist or operational)
