Description
The Role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, using technologies such as.NET, Angular, and SQL, with a strong focus on integration and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, promoting best practices, quality standards, and sound technical decision-making.
- Plan, estimate, and prioritize development activities, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with business commitments.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Facilitate integration with third-party systems and platforms, working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, security, and productivity.
- Develop and grow team members, adapting leadership style to individuals with different levels of knowledge and experience.
- Explore and promote the use of emerging technologies and AI-based tools to enhance development processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using.NET, Angular, and SQL.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Strong background in systems integration, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level), enabling effective communication in a global environment.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including clean code, secure development, and version control (Git).
- An adaptable, results-oriented profile, comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
