Summary:
As a Senior Product Designer at Neuron, you'll be using Figma daily to translate insights that you have gathered into high-fidelity designs and develop our design system. You'll progress rapidly from conceptual ideas to high-fidelity designs, create prototypes, and conduct user testing sessions to refine features.
If you're passionate about interaction design and translating user research into tangible design outcomes, this role is for you. You'll work on components that span several products for different user groups, ensuring a consistent visual style across all. We value expertise in Figma, including familiarity with its latest features and capabilities. You'll engage directly with our customers - brokers and insurers by leading user interviews and user testing sessions to gain insights into their needs and challenges and drive the product forward.
Collaboration with our development team is key. You'll work closely with developers to ensure smooth handovers and implementation of designs, leveraging Figma's developer-friendly features to bridge the gap between design and engineering.
We’re a team that work both remotely and in person, and work well together online, hopping on spontaneous Slack huddles when needed and using tools like Miro and Figma to collaborate. We ask our London-based team members to come in twice a week (normally on Wednesdays) and encourage face-to-face collaboration whenever it would be valuable.
You'll be part of a startup team within a larger organisation, combining the energy and pace of a startup with the resources and support of an established company. Our approach is research-driven, ensuring our decisions are based on solid user insights.

We want our workforce to reflect the different and varied markets we operate in and to build a culture of inclusivity that makes colleagues feel welcome, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment throughout our organisation. We embrace all types of diversity.
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in-office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution.
