    CORPORATE RISK & BROKING, GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

    Join our two-year program to gain deep insight into our risk management work while developing the leadership qualities and customer service skills you need to become one of our future leaders.Sponsored by senior management, you can expect ongoing support and coaching. You’ll also receive a structured learning curriculum which includes training sessions and study support for your Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification.

    INSURANCE CONSULTING ACTUARIAL PROGRAM

    Our Insurance Consulting and Technology business helps leading insurance clients improve their business performance by providing cutting-edge software, solutions and advice. Here, you could get involved in business management, financial and regulatory reporting, enterprise risk and capital management, as well as mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

    The ability to develop and grow talent while carefully balancing costs and rewards is one of the ways high-performing organizations differentiate themselves. Our Health, Wealth & Career team uses innovative thinking, data, analytics and software to help clients find new and effective ways to motivate their people and foster wellbeing.

    We’re now looking for future leaders to join us in different areas within our Health, Wealth & Career team.

    RETIREMENT ACTUARIAL PROGRAM

    Retirement is our largest business, which goes to show just how important it is. As a graduate on this program, you can expect to offer consulting services to clients on assets and liabilities worth many hundreds of millions of pounds. You’ll also get the opportunity to become an expert in a demanding but highly rewarding environment.

    TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROGRAM

    Our technical analysts work on some of the largest pension schemes in the U.K. by providing expert advice, tackling complex challenges, and making a real difference to pensioners and employees. Client and project work here is very high profile, meaning what you do in the office could often be in the news the next day. While on the program, you’ll get the opportunity to complete exams and qualify as a Certified Actuarial Analyst (CAA) – an international qualification offered by CAA Global.

    INTEGRATED AND GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PROGRAM

    Our Integrated and Global Solutions team manages global, local and cross-border benefits and compensation issues for our multinational clients. As part of our London team, you’ll learn to deliver and coordinate a broad range of consulting services by drafting reports and emails and preparing documents for meetings. You may also get involved in areas such as global health and wellbeing, global benefits management and defined contribution oversight.

    EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE CONSULTING PROGRAM

    The greatest asset for most organizations is their people. That’s why having a cohesive talent strategy is crucial for the success of any business. Our talent consultants use a combination of consulting approaches and technology solutions to help clients with the design, implementation and communication of effective talent strategies. If you’ve got big ambitions, we’ll give you the opportunity to become an expert in business transformation, leadership and manager effectiveness, listening strategies, performance management, and workforce analytics and planning.

    INVESTMENT CONSULTING PROGRAM

    You’ll work with some of the largest investing institutions in the world to create financial value for investors on both an advisory and delegated basis. You’ll also help us influence the way the industry operates as part of our ethos — changing investment for the better.

    Technology is integral to the insurance industry, and we’re proud to say that over 1,000 companies globally use our insurance software solutions. In fact, we’re the world’s largest provider of actuarial software. As a graduate, you’ll work on real projects from day one, gain exposure to all aspects of professional software development and learn how to use the latest tools and techniques.

    Online assessment

    We use HireVue Assessments at WTW. These enable us to establish whether you’re the right match for our roles and crucially, that we are setting you up with the best chances of success if you are progressed to final stages of our process. Please review our short video to give you more insight.

    Final stage

    You will be invited to an Assessment Centre or Final Stage Interview, depending on programme or location. This is an opportunity to meet our people and ensure we are a mutual fit.
