    Corporate Risk & Broking Internship Program

    Join our eight-week Corporate Risk and Broking Internship Program, and you’ll gain hands-on experience and contribute to our business. Interns will get involved in team projects, presentations, and experience a range of speakers including panel discussions and networking opportunities with colleagues at different levels.

    • Insurance Consulting Actuarial Internship Program

    Our Insurance Consulting and Technology business helps leading insurance clients improve their business performance by providing cutting-edge software, solutions and advice. You could get involved in product development, financial and risk management, financial modeling and software implementation, as well as mergers and acquisitions for insurance companies.

    We work closely with investors, reinsurers and insurers to manage the equation between risk and return. Blending advanced analytics with deep institutional knowledge, we reveal new opportunities to maximize performance.

    Within this business segment we look for actuarial, investment and software developer graduates to join us in two areas: Insurance Consulting and Reinsurance.

    Online assessment

    We use HireVue Assessments at WTW. These enable us to establish whether you’re the right match for our roles and crucially, that we are setting you up with the best chances of success if you are progressed to final stages of our process. Please review our short video to give you more insight.

    Final stage

    You will be invited to an Assessment Centre or Final Stage Interview, depending on programme or location. This is an opportunity to meet our people and ensure we are a mutual fit.
